United Nations Global Compact

Climate Neutral Now (CNNow), promoted by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)

Race to Zero – the largest coalition of non-governmental actors committed to taking immediate action to halve global emissions by 2030, an initiative launched in January 2021 at the World Economic Forum in Davos by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)

Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmarks (GRESB) provides sustainability benchmarking analyses for real estate funds and companies, being considered a global leader in this field.

Task Force for Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) is a framework that supports companies and other organizations in communicating climate-related risks and opportunities more effectively through existing reporting processes. TCFD encourages companies to enhance their resilience to potential climate change impacts. We aim to integrate TCFD reporting starting from the fiscal year 2025/6
