Customer satisfaction is the priority of the Group. This objective is achieved through listening and creating continuous dialogue that places customers at the center of attention. We conduct opinion surveys among customers and engage in ongoing dialogue with tenants.
Adopting a people-centric strategy has helped us to get closer to and better understand our customers, thus consistently strengthening our relationships.
Moreover, the Covid-19 period has unequivocally demonstrated that we live in a single biosphere and has compelled us to reevaluate how we work, live, and relax. In this challenging context, we are proud of what our team has accomplished in the past year to respond very rapidly and efficiently to the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are particularly referring to the pioneering activity related to the successful launch of the IMMUNE Building Standard™, the first standard for certifying the built environment's ability to withstand current and future health challenges and minimize the impact of pandemics.
The H3 building in the West Gate Business District, fully occupied by Ericsson, has already obtained the IMMUNE™ - Resilient certification issued by the "Healthy by Design Building Institute (HDBI)", thus becoming the world's first building to achieve the highest level of IMMUNE Building Standard™ certification.
All our buildings across all our locations will become IMMUNE - Resilient by 2026, thus establishing closer relationships with our tenants, clients, and suppliers to jointly address both the pandemic and the climate crisis.
This achievement once again proves that resilience to climate change is at the heart of our business strategy.
Buildings in Genesis Property's portfolio, certified BREEAM Very Good since 2013, are in an advanced process of obtaining BREEAM Outstanding certification.
