Genesis Property receives the "Real Estate Pioneering in Sustainability" Award

On July 18, we had the pleasure of attending the REALTY Forum, organized by Business Review. Marcela Stancu, Community Director at Genesis Property, participated in the panel "Office & Residential Trends to Look for in 2024," where she discussed the future of office spaces and the innovative steps we are taking to promote vibrant and sustainable communities.

At Genesis Property, building communities is essential for us. We enthusiastically shared our strategies and initiatives that create spaces where people can thrive.

Our projects are designed to cultivate a sense of belonging and community, integrating green spaces, relaxation and socialization areas, cultural spaces, as well as work zones and sustainable practices. We focus on the well-being of our tenants' employees, creating environments that support personal and professional growth.

Honored with the Real Estate Pioneering in Sustainability Award

We are extremely proud to announce that Genesis Property has been honored with the "Real Estate Pioneering in Sustainability" award. This award recognizes our firm commitment to sustainability and our innovative practices that set a high standard for community-centered constructions in the real estate sector.

Every project we undertake reflects our dedication to sustainable development, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed environmental standards.

We are committed to continuing our journey toward a greener future, creating spaces that are not only functional and beautiful but also environmentally responsible.

We believe the future of workspaces lies in flexibility, community, and sustainability. By staying at the forefront of these trends, we will continue to develop projects that meet the evolving needs of our communities and contribute to a more sustainable world.

We express our sincere gratitude to Business Review for organizing the REALTY Forum and recognizing our efforts in the field of sustainability.
