Genesis Property, one of the leading office building owners in Romania, announces the appointment of Cătălin Niculiță as Leasing Manager, at a time when the office market is entering a new phase of consolidation and the company is accelerating its development plans.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cătălin Niculiță joins the leasing team with the mission of contributing to Genesis Property’s long-term growth strategy and strengthening partnerships with renowned companies. Throughout his career, he has built and developed integrated expertise across several major segments of the market, including residential, industrial, high-street retail, shopping centers and, in recent years, particularly the office sector. Cătălin Niculiță has held leadership roles at real estate companies such as Atenor, collaborating with major office tenants in the banking, telecom and IT sectors.

Through his work, he will support companies in offering employees facilities and benefits tailored to the new demands of the labor market, while also responding to today’s evolving work and lifestyle patterns. For this year, Cătălin Niculiță expects the local leasing market to stabilize, followed by sustainable growth in the coming years, driven by a gradual return of confidence in the economic environment and by the maturing demand for office spaces adapted to the new standards of work.
