- We received SBTi approval for our near- and long-term emission reduction commitments.
- We are the first real estate company in Romania recognized by GRESB for integrating ESG aspects into operations.
- All buildings in our portfolio use 100% renewable electricity.
- Building F in YUNITY Park received the BREEAM Outstanding certification, reflecting our strong commitment to sustainability.
- Through 6 initiatives, we collected over 150 liters of blood in our campuses and helped save approximately 614 lives, together with the community.
- First edition of YUNITY Olympics - a sports event that celebrated collaboration and team spirit.
- West Gate hosted an event dedicated to military technology, live demonstrations, and immersive experiences for those interested in the field.
- All 1,700 spots in the West Gate Studios campus were fully booked well ahead of the academic year.
