Genesis Property, one of the leading office building owners and developers in Romania, has obtained the BREEAM “Outstanding” certification for the DE building in YUNITY Park, confirming the high standards of operational efficiency and responsible asset management across its portfolio.
The certification was awarded both for the performance of the assessed asset (6 stars, 85.9%) and for its management (6 stars, 89.4%). The certified building has a total area of nearly 31,000 sqm and offers spaces designed to meet the highest BREEAM standards, including energy-efficient infrastructure, intelligent resource management, high indoor air quality, and facilities that support sustainable mobility and employee well-being.
