Genesis Property received the Biggest New Lease Contract Award at the RED Global Awards, an event hosted by Forbes Romania in partnership with RED Awards, for the lease agreement signed with Procter & Gamble Romania at YUNITY Park.
The award recognizes one of the most significant leasing projects in Romania’s real estate market in 2025 and confirms YUNITY Park’s attractiveness for companies that view the workplace as an essential part of the employee experience and organizational performance.
The distinction was received on behalf of Genesis Property and YUNITY Park by Elena Panait, Head of Leasing at Genesis Property.
“This recognition speaks to the strength of a project built with vision, consistency, and genuine care for the experience of the companies that choose YUNITY Park. The partnership with Procter & Gamble Romania confirms the relevance of a campus designed for organizations seeking more than an office space: an environment capable of supporting culture, people, and long-term business evolution,” said Elena Panait.
A system, not just an office space
Over time, YUNITY Park has evolved beyond the traditional office model through a sustained investment program focused on the real needs of companies and the people who work here.
These include, among others, an urban forest, an outdoor amphitheater, extensive promenade areas, and spaces dedicated to informal meetings. The campus transformation is currently in its third stage of development, following investments of more than €50 million.
The Biggest New Lease Contract Award reconfirms YUNITY Park’s positioning as a landmark destination for companies seeking an integrated ecosystem that supports professional performance and personal balance.
